I have installed by wildcard SSL but when you access https://news.kaleza.ph it's not showing properly.

Here's the screenshot.
After changing to HTTPS in inc/header.inc.php file make sure that you cleared cache - delete all files in /cache/ and /cache_public/ folders except .htaccess file
