In this case, smth is wrong with your Cron Jobs. You need to check the Studio->Dashboard->Server audit area and find the line "Last Cron Jobs execution". The time there should be not so far from the present moment.
After the movement to another domain, you should create the new key-secret pair, enter this new data to your General Settings and save it. Then you need to reset all your licenses bound to the old key and in the new UNA site visit the Studio->Apps Market->Purchases area to re-bound all of them.
How do you reset you licenses bound to the apps? I just changed domain name and hosting platforms. I am just trying to get the apps I bought to download into the fresh install of UNA.
On this page https://una.io/page/my-sites, every item in the "Licenses" area has the "Reset" button. So you need to press it, then visit the UNA site visit the Studio->Apps Market->Purchases area. That's enough.

I receive this error "bx_developer: File transfer failed, please check write permissions." I have the correct perms listed on the site audit tab.

I'm now getting Message "Wrong incoming data" in market when trying to download an app.
