@LeonidS I have the same problem encountered with one user only. whenever he tries to login he gets this error. UNA version is 13, B5. Image attached (note that email was entered by user, but we deleted from this image for privacy):
It is the message form the Antispam module. You may try to disable it and login with the data form this user. If the login will be successful then this user was marked for the not good behaviour :-)
I get this "spam detected. . . " message a lot. Users make one attempt to login and get this message. I wish this there was a fix rather than turning off the anti-spam.

May you plz describe your situation with more details. What version of UNA do you use? Where di you meet this trouble?
