if admin removed any wrong content from post module of users, deduct points add in administrator profile after delete other user content. why ? .

Hello,
Usually, such kind of actions allow to assign points for two persons: points for action's executor and content owner. Seems like in your settings you deduct points from action executer also and thus admin loses the points when removes the content.

How to configure the points to be calculated by the author and not by the one who deleted it?

We've corrected involved persons list for some of the actions and now points may be deducted from author also. Can you please specify which exactly action do you mean?
