  • Hello, If you are on a self-hosted server (VPS or Dedicated server), the easiest way to increase/upgrade your PHP is just to contact your hosting company. Most of them will do it for free. Yes, they will make the new PHP version avalaible for you. Then, just go to your WHM > Home > Software > EasyApache 4 and install it with all its extentions with just a few clicks. (no command lines at all).

    To change a user’s PHP version (Website account's PHP version), just go to WHM > Home > Software > MultiPHP Manager. You can also do it straight through cPanel.
