UNA 13-B2 - PHP 7.2 is not supported anymore
I was not aware that PHP 7.2 is not supported anymore with UNA 13. When I tried the automatic update in Studio Dashboard, the update did not fire when triggered. Only by accident, I found a hint on that in the github summary of 13-B2. After the update to PHP 7.4, I still could not update. I forgot to change my cronjob to PHP 7.4, as well. After those changes, the update worked like a charm.
This entry is just for all the other self-hosted UNA users, who might have the same problems. Check your PHP-versions!

Thanks for sharing. So, what will be the best way to upgrade a site that has PHP 7.2? How to upgrade to higher PHP version and make sure things go smooth.
Appreciate any guidance.
-
How to update PHP to 8.1.27? will this miss up anything else on an existing site? Appreciate your reply.
-
It should not modify existing files or cause any issues

Hello, If you are on a self-hosted server (VPS or Dedicated server), the easiest way to increase/upgrade your PHP is just to contact your hosting company. Most of them will do it for free. Yes, they will make the new PHP version avalaible for you. Then, just go to your WHM > Home > Software > EasyApache 4 and install it with all its extentions with just a few clicks. (no command lines at all).
To change a user’s PHP version (Website account's PHP version), just go to WHM > Home > Software > MultiPHP Manager. You can also do it straight through cPanel.

Thanks a lot!!
Sorry, but am not sure what is "WHM"? I host it with AWS (EC2 instance). Also, do I need to install "EasyApache 4" too to make B2 version work?
-
WHM is a file managing software similar to cPanel. You don't need EasyApache 4 but if you like to use it I'd recommend installing it

Oh i am sorry! I assumed that you were running the Apache server. WHM stands for 'WebHost Manager' and it allows administrative access to the back end of cPanel. WHM makes the server administration more comfortable.
For AWS (EC2 instance), you may need to manually install or upgrade your PHP version using command lines as already mentioned above by @RJ Arsenault
I don't know how you set your server but you can also have Linux or Ubuntu virtual server on AWS, and therefore, install cPanel & WHM AMI (Subscribe to it) in the AWS Marketplace (It should come with EasyApache 4). That will make the PHP installation easier.
Here are some good tutorials:

You can also google about the subject. You will find some good tutorials on both Google and YouTube.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Tajrebatee !
Usually, it needs to detect the path to the proper PHP version and change it in the Cron command. So for example it was like:
* * * * * cd /home/user/public_html/una/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php
then after install it might be like:
* * * * * cd /home/user/public_html/una/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php7.4 -q cron.php
