Hello !
You need to disable the "Auto approve a space after creation" option in Space first.
There is no such control in Spaces. I am running 12.0.0.
I have also checked my demo installation running 22.1.0 - no such feature.

  Please what version of UNA are you running? It's not available on 12.1.0. Good to know it's available at least.
