This can be done by going to: Studio > Settings > Account. In the “Limit number of profiles” item, set to 1.

  When you set the value "1" to "Limit the number of profiles", this button will not be displayed. It will still be visible to the administrator.

  Yes, in this case you will not be able to create an organization profile. But you can set it to “2”.
