@Peter It has ben fixed.
The problem was in @AQB Soft Banners module with the following error
PHP Fatal error: Declaration of AqbBannersModule::serviceGetMenuAddonManageToolsProfileStats() must be compatible with BxBaseModTextModule::serviceGetMenuAddonManageToolsProfileStats($iProfileId = 0) in /.../modules/aqb/banners/classes/AqbBannersModule.php on line 56

  New Banner 6.1.0 version was released. It correctly works under UNA 13.1.0 RC2.
