Comment 'Place header image u...' to 'The + sign does not appear '

Comment to The + sign does not appear

Place header image underneath all attachments. I am not sure if this is the reason, I just see it as a difference.

  @Wise Now I ordered this way, even removing "header image", but it still doesn't work.
