Hello DeDiary, I think you have a problem of writing rights somewhere, I already had that, it was because www-data could not write a file.
Unfortunately, the message does not say which one. Do you have this problem for the update of the body? or a particular module?-

I really dont know what to do now, If I need to contact host, there must be something definite to tell them, but I dont know what.
What is Alex saying to this, I need to know what and how to fix this.
