Ever since the update to 11.04, I haven't been able to get apps like Timeline or Notifications installed. Now I can install them, but I keep getting an error that the module isn't compatible?! Looking at the app store, it's because they're all made for 12.0.
So is there' no backwards compatibility?
If no, when are you guys going to push 12.0 to Softaculous?
I'm finding that this framework is more complicated than Dolphin and it seems less user-friendly.
1. If we use the 'Create Post' module (useful for when you have 'Discussions' and 'Feeds enabled)
- This module seems to post only to the timeline (DEVS... PLEASE CONFIRM/DENY), but there doesn't seem to be a way to set all posts to '5' or 'Friends'. I've used the 'RAW' code injection behind the Create Post module and I've manually set 'Visibility' to '5' in the Developer module, but the posts from this module always show 'Public' in the field, but then post to the 'Friend' feed. No matter what configuration I make, I can't get this module to post items to the 'Public' feed.
- Desired outcome is to show 'Friends' in the field by default,but then allowing the user to make the post public.
2. If we use the 'Post to Profile', that has the desired visibility outcome, but then we have to change the homepage to be more like the Dashboard or Profile.
Before I go and tear down the 'Homepage' to make the framework do what I want it to, I figured I'd ask if anyone else has been able to reproduce the issue.
