Roommates
This module allows you to establish a Roommate directory on your site. Members can post Ads for Rooms they have to Rent or search for Roommates to share a Room with.
Members posting Ads can post the advertisement as :
=> Roommate
=> Landlord (live on premises)
=> Landlord (live off premises)
=> Agent
DETAILED INFORMATION
- For each that is posted, detailed information about the Property, the Room, and the Roommate (existing or desired) can be provided so there is a wealth of information that can be used by potential seekers to locate the most desirable room-sharing arrangement.
ADVANCED SEARCH
- Ability to drill down and search by many criteria such as Location, Price, Property Type, Personal Details (gender, age) etc.
