It's very strange. I know the process of template installation and applying the upgrade but I don't know how both of them may affect the structure of page blocks. Theoretically, the author of the upgrade may joke and reset the stucture using MySQL query but don't think that Alexey is so joker. :)
As you wrote you've "uploaded the new version of Lucid" template. Did you apply the upgrade or installed a fresh latest version of template? If it was the upgrade which versions did you update from and to?

In the sandbox site I installed a fresh version of Lucid template by uploading the latest files and overwriting the old ones.
But the same problem is happening on the live site from time to time.
I will observe more we will see :) -
Hello Anton, I just had this problem also for the first time after updating the module point, so Cem is not wrong.
