As dear @LoneTreeLeaf noticed - as MSolutions was unavailable long ago, a refund via the Payment system is the only way to get a chance for the money back.

Well, I paid through the credit system. If I went through my bank to try to recover the funds, that would cause a chargeback to UNA. Since I work in Adult/Gaming I know every chargeback looks bad to a company's reputation with the credit card companies. And UNA has treated me with nothing but kindness, so I don't want them to take a hit. I was hoping that I could just get refunded the credits so that I can use them to pay somebody to help correct some of the issues we are having on the site.
