Comment to Wrong Messenger count on one profile

  • There is still problem with that. (UNA ver. 12)

    We have a member who deleted all his messenger messages but he still have an notification like 2 unreaded messages....

    The relation between his profile_id from table sys_accounts and then in a table "bx_messenger_jots" gives me no clue.

    Can someone explain this relations or how to find unreaded messages count for some profile?

      Problem is in bx_messenger_unread_jots table. It may occur when member's info has been removed in wrong way. It should not occur in latest Messenger version.

      So, to fix the problem you need to remove record in bx_messenger_unread_jots where user_id is profile id of the member with the bubble problem.
