Hello Peter, yes, you can do it. Dash => Order and then click on "Manual Order", enter the name of the member, the reference if you have one, and select module "Paid Level".
It then works exactly as if the member had paid, it expires at the end of the period, it falls back to the standard level, I have not tested yet but it should work like that.
