Could you describe please how you cleared the database via Studio? Then we may suggest how it will affect.

  You cleared the cache only. So it will not affect your data. UNA clears the info cache files (which are created for better speed performance). And if you have the "Enable DB cache" option enabled, will start to generate those files again.
