Accepting payments through PAYPAL API

Guys;

Where can I find documentation on PAYPAL's API integration of configuration?

I've tried setting it up from within the user dashboard: Settings - Payment, but noticed it appears in all user accounts letting me believe it is just not where I set it up, or could it be?
