Advertisement app module

Good day everyone. I want to make suggestions to the admins her. Apart from banner and ads module I think there should be another advertisement app that can allow advertisers to have their ads in timelines of people they are not even following or friends with. What I mean is, a campaign advertisement app, that will allow users to pick either cost per click, cost per day, cost per impression and they can pick the location, age, gender, they want to use as their ads target. If possible it should show estimated people that will see the ads on their feeds (not public feed). It can also be text based, image based, with message button, . I'm sure this community will love this kind of development..

Facebook isn't the only one using that pattern too.. if you have millions of users on your una website,location, gender and age targeting will be needed.

I’d buy it now, but honestly wouldn’t deploy it for 6 mos. sites need time to grow ad free.
