Audible Notifications from Messenger and other Apps
I cannot seem to find the settings that allow for audible notifications when someone sends a message or video call through the Messenger App. Can anyone give me guidance as to how to enable this? Noone can hear when they get a message or video call. TIA.

Not sure if I am allowed to ask, I have been trying for 5 days to get the pro messenger App working on a dedicated server, It keeps say connecting followed by a line of dots and will not allow me to send the message with the send button, I am very sorry if I am not allowed to post tis here I am new and would some advice on what I got wrong Simon

Currently, messenger sound notifications are only functioning on the PC version. On mobile devices, this feature is only available through the mobile native app. So, you should wait for the new mobile native app when it is be available.

Thanks for you time I really appreciate it, I un installed made lots of notes from all the install information and started again it is running fine
Sometimes you have to go back to the basics and learn to take notes then install

I am using Desktop. But cannot seem to push any sounds from UNA to the browser at all. Tried with different machines and different browsers.

Sound notifications are triggered only when the Messenger window is not in focus. For instance, if member A sends a message to member B, member B will hear the sound notification only if the Messenger window or Messenger block is open but not in focus (such as when it's minimized or located in a hidden tab).
