Think Project = Install. I created a project and it is a process to create a new UNA instance. It generated key and secret for installation, and contains instructional links for installations on you own or UNA cloud server.

Not sure though but seems like it's relating to the multisite feature...perhaps @Andrey Yasko can provide more details on this.

Yes, the "project" is where you create Key & Secret pair for your UNA deployment. We are now working on new orchestration features, so you'll be able to do a remote-install to your own own cloud server, monitor your site, add/update apps and connect services via a project. It's a WIP, hence no announcement just yet.
