default header?

Where can I change this default header image? It is for channels, groups, events, etc.....

Do you mean the page cover?
Studio > Designer App > Cover > Upload new common pages cover or Upload new profile unit cover.

You may use the way described by dear @OneEagle (thnx, mate!) or change the settings of the .bx-base-pofile-cover-image CSS class in your template CustomStyles area.

@OneEagle @LeonidS thank you. So confusing why groups, channels, etc would use something named profile cover. But that was definitely it. Thank you.
