Events needs a Monday to Friday
The events module needs to have it so you can tell it to display from Monday to Friday every week

That's easy, fill in...
Date start - select Monday and time
Date end - select Friday and time
Timezone
Add Reoccurring - choose Repeat day of week> Every Monday
Reminder - up to you
After submit your event, newly event on calendar will show Monday-Friday every week.

Thanks for the help, i'm learning quickly . I didnt think of it in that manner but i got my head around it now :)
