Help fields do not get deleted when empty
The system adds a question mark symbol atomatically to a field that has content but does not delete it, when that help content is deleted. See screenshot.

I'm not quite sure if the update to version 13-RC3 did the trick, or if I did something else that I did not try before, but I'm able to delete empty-text help icons now. Solved.
