Jitsi EXP value
Hi All. I've added the app ID and secret for Jitsi in the Messenger settings. Now I get an "exp" authenitication error. How can I get beyond this? It relates to time expiration, no doubt. Part of the token payload, it appears.
The UNA call identifier in the photo below? Does that number actually correspond to my own site? UNA 333Cc6870758486893.... ???
I just need an instance of Jitsi for a few people. Surely with all the Jitsi integration work already done by UNA devs, this is doable.
I asked TMD Hosting about self-hosting a Jitsi server but they said that my plan (over $650 per year) did not qualify.
I just need to get the free version going for now. Thank YOU.

have jitsi self hosted with TMD on a dedicated server it runs fine not sure what package you have but to run it you need dedicated or chat with TMD about a small business package just to run the jitsi server on standalone

It seems you are referring to the JWT token App Secret option. This will only work if you have your own Jitsi Meet server with the JWT tokens feature enabled. If you simply enable it in the Messenger settings, you won't be able to connect to the server, which is exactly what you are experiencing now.
The UNA 333Cc6870758486893 is a unique identifier for the chat that has just started. It is not server-related information. It also allows you to share a link to the current chat for global connection through your Jitsi server, provided the chat is open.

Hey Clubhouse and Alexey, thank you guys for chiming in.
Jitsi is server intensive. No "small business package" will have the necessary ram and processor resources, in my humble opinion.
Alexey, from your reply it appears that UNA will continue Jitsi integration and support. In view of many other conferencing choices, I take this as good news.

Hello, at the moment we are only using what was implemented initially, and no new features for Jitsi have been added. However, I believe the possibility of integrating other options will be added as well.
