Well, as already mentioned by other users above, the easiest and the best one is Polyglot :)

Wasn't there a mod in Dolphin where translation of strings could be done in frontend, was there?

for a while there was Language Strings Editor from Boonexpert .. I bought it, but anyway I use Polyglot :)

Unfortunately I quit Una/Boonex long time ago, removed all my modules from sale, that’s why there were no support any more.
