New User Notifications Corrupted from 1st login (14.0.0)
I just tested adding a new user in 14.0.0 and when I looked at his notification settings it showed the following were corrupted. I know it shows how to fix this, but is this a known issue?

This happens when features get installed/uninstalled from your Studio dashboard.
For example, they can become broken if you install an application or disable/uninstall an application.
The fix is simply the age old "turn it off and on again" or vise versa that the user needs to perform via flipping the switches twice and refresh the page.

So perhaps these have been corrupted since I installed a new module and didn't realize it. I guess it doesn't have anything to do with a new user. Thanks!
