Our site doesn't show upgrade option.
We are currently running UNA 12.1.0 and have auto-upgrade enabled, but there is no version 13 showing up anywhere we can click on and upgrade.
Please help.

One of my sites is running 12.1.0 and it isn't giving me an update option either.

If you go to Studio // Developer// you'll see a tab that has a dropdown menu that says "stable" or "beta". Switch it to beta and go back to Dashboard, version 13.0 version upgrade will show up. Good luck.

I don't know now exactly how it is named (----maintance.php?) in the UNA directory, try renaming it...it helped me get acces into STUDIO

There is no cumulative update to update directly from 12.1 to 13, we'll prepare it a bit later, some testing is needed. If you want to update it now, then you need to switch to Beta update channel in Studio > Developer > Update Channel. Please remember to update modules after each system update, for example:
- Go to Studio > Dashboard and update UNA from 13.0.0.B1 to 13.0.0.B2
- Go to Studio > Apps Market > Purchases and login to you UNA account if asked
- Go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates - apply all available updates here
- Go to Studio > Dashboard and update UNA from 13.0.0.B2 to 13.0.0.B3
- Go to Studio > Apps Market > Purchases and login to you UNA account if asked
- Go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates - apply all available updates here
- and so on until UNA is updated to 13.0.0 and all modules are updated to latest versions

Well, we did that, but after the first update, the site went blank and inaccessible. And it still is
I think @LeonidS has located the issue but we still don't have any access
