page visibility restrictions

is there a way to make a page, which shows content of a profile, only visible to the owner of that profile?

Well, the profile view page shows all the content made by this profile. If the user posts public content it will be available to view anyway, but if he wants to hide his activity he may post everything under the "Me only" visibility variant. So could you please specify the purpose of this page to get the best way to do it?

For example I am currently on my own profile page. On the left I want a navigation, showing me links to other pages. At the same time I want visitors of my profile page to be able to see that navigation.

Sorry, but I"m not sure how this part is connected with the initial message about "which shows content of a profile, only visible to the owner of that profile?" Do you want to link the vertical menu with the profiler content tabs? Like first link like "profile posts", "profile videos" etc?

You can control the visibility of the entire page, as well as any block or menu item on any page.

Sorry @LeonidS , I had a misspelling. "I want visitors of my profile page to NOT be able to see that navigation". It should only be visible to myself as the owner of that profile.
Its more meant like: I want to have links visible to myself to edit my profile (like changing the email address), but visitors of my profile shouldn't be able to see those (as they shouldn't be able to edit my email address).
Thanks @Ivan Mishchenko, but neither of them worked as described above.
