Persons Cards
So, I created a new Custom Field to fill in Country of Residence and I want the data to show up in bx_persons_snippet_meta so when someone looks at, say, Active People, they will see the country, or any other data. Is that possible?

It will require to have a specific method to process the field and info there, you may view examples for dates and comments in the parent Snippet class modules/base/general/classes/BxBaseModGeneralMenuSnippetMeta.php

You can really display whatever you desire, in addition, you bring up different designs.

Say I wanted to create a page where users could see people near them or have similar interests and I wanted a Person's Card to look a certain way but just for that page. Will this module do that or will changing it also change it site wide?

Indeed, site-wide, so it won't suit you.

In Addition to the Profile Cards module there is also the Advanced Menu module which allows to put literally anything to a snippet info row of any card, including profile cards.
