Push notification issues on mobile App - notifications stuck in queue

I have two sites, in one of them Push notification works fine, while in the second one it does not. Setting via OneSignal is done and reset with no luck. It seems that all notifications are stuck in the Queue (see image below). Even after clearing the queue from db still not fixed.

Appreciate any help to fix this issue?

Not really. @Leonid S at point indicated that he will pass to the deves but I haven't heard anything yet.

Did you got this working ? Push notification is a key driver for user to open app if some update. Could you please let me know how do you solved this?

Mine is working better than it used to. I messed around with different numbers in the settings and this seems to be the best that I have come to so far.
