Search remove for Unauthorized

I am learning my way around UNA. I was very active in Dolphin 5 and 6. Things have changed 😎👍

I would like to remove the top bar search icon and ability for unauthorized users, where can I find this setting?

      Yes, the progress is far away for 17-years :-)

      If you use the Lucid template then it's possible to regulate with via Studio->Navigation->System->Toolbar site area. Just click the "Anyone" link and set the necesary levels in the appeared popup.

      • @LeonidS I am using the Artificer template. I found that option and removed the unauthorized check.

        It is still showing in the very top next to account (login) icon.

        Please comfirm this is not a bug on Artificer, or am I to find this search icon elsewhere as well?

        • This is a bug in Artificer template (current) it is impossible to remove the search icon. I even turned it off and it still shows up.

          • I am also trying to disable the search function for unauthorized users or anyone that hasn't created their profile (after creating their account). Hoping there is a solution for this.

              It is hardcoded into the Artificer template. I modified the template.
