Upgrade

Hi guys;

I've been busy since my installation.

When TMDHosting installed UNA for me since it came with the package I bought with them, they installed Version: 13.0.0 on  9 Sep 2023.

I have activated auto update and even the force feature even though changes were made.

I asked them to upgrade but could not,

Strangely the upgrade button does not feature in my dashboard.

Any advice will be of great help to me.

    • Hello in developer module choose beta channel.

        • For others who read this, as @Rocco mentioned you can choose to switch on the beta channel, which will allow the system to apply updates from Beta and RC releases. While they're more advanced and may introduce features you need, they are not considered "stable", so proceed with caution and always ensure your backup strategy is implemented.

            • Oops!!! The new groups-feed feature gives me an error saying "This page isn't working - HTTP ERROR 500"

              I have upgraded to 13.1.0-RC1

                I'll ask as usual - did you check the latest lines from your error log file?

                  Not really, I assumed that the issues were related since we both experienced this after the upgrade.

                  But I am on to it now and will give feedback a.s.a.p

                  • Having problems logging into my cpanel at TMDHosting, can't even ssh into the box....got to take up with them.... my public ip keeps changing, and this causes login problems....sorry for this. Will keep you posted.

                        • Yes, this problem has been fixed and will be available in UNA 13.1 RC2

                          • Hey LeonidS,

                            In all my years looking at customer service, I have never encountered services like you guys at UNA, not to let alone that it's free. The power of open source means nothing without a committed community.
