What's the difference between Ad Title and Ad Name?

Title is shown in Frontend, the title of the ad.

Name is either autofilled by the module or can be set by author BUT has to be unique. It's a system value, an add. identifier to handle ads, shown only in backend, in case 27 users want to sell the article 'Yellow Duck*
