Where can i find the page where all people (visitors) can see what they can to if they pay for another level?
Before it was a pop-up i think. Now i can't find the page in the studio.
And how can i add a price/year or days for a level?

Yes, but like i said, i want to install Busimatch.club to several servers and i don't gonna buy mods each year for each website.
Nope, no subscriptions for me, i paid enough with Dolphin...

But what mean is the page, where visitors with a level can see "what they can do" in the level they are.
I will send invoice and when they pay i will do it mannually.

There's no feature in the module that offers a page for visitors. I would suggest creating a custom page with a grid of features for each level you've created and add the link or if you create a block, add to the page of your choice.
