HI Swarnali - the achievement section is related to the Points Module from AQB Soft . You first need to have that module installed - then Add Block > Points > Achievements. You will need to setup levels in Settings > Points Module as well... To add hobbies would be another requirement - perhaps could be achieved with a configuration of the Persons Form, adding another field for Hobbies.
Sorry for incorrect answer, I thought you mean wrong icon for next level, this problem will be fixed in the nearest update.
Achievement block exists by default on profile page, you just need to activate it in Studio -> Pages -> (Persons or Organizations) -> View Profile page.
