So i just purchased the Pro Apps Plan Monthly and Received my confirmation email and license number , however im still unable to download any of the PRO APPS.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE.

AND....i received two seperate emails with confirmation of purchase and each email listed a different license number.

I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE IF THIS IS ELEMENTARY STUFF IM ASKING ABOUT, BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.

I called Your Toll Free SUPPORT Phone Number Listed on My Pro Packages Receipt and The Number Is NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

Should I not be expecting a reply to the email i sent to UNA SUPPORT as well? Is that email also no longer valid like your toll free support number? If thats the case then can someone call me @ 1 (800) 971-3090

      1. if you haven't already done so, please download and install the UNA package on your server. Please read: https://github.com/unaio/una/wiki/Installation
      2. Generate the Key and Secret in your UNA account here: https://una.io/kands-manage
      3. Enter your Key and Secret in your UNA installation. Studio > Settings App > General. (yoursite[dot]com/studio/settings.php)
      4. Visit your Apps Market: Studio > Apps Market (/studio/store.php) and download the Pro Apps. All the Pro Apps you purchased are available in the 'Purchases' section of the Apps Market. (/studio/store.php?page=purchases)
      5. After downloading them, please install them from the 'Downloaded' section of the Apps Market (/studio/store.php?page=downloaded)

      Important: Please make sure your Cron job is set correctly and running. Studio > Dashboard > Host Tools > Server audit (/studio/dashboard.php). Otherwise you won't be able to install Pro apps.

      • UPDATE & APOLOGY : Una Devs fix my issue and I was able to install the pro apps I wanted ! So a huge thank you , of course I crashed my site after trying to upgrade it today lol

        As for apology , if my original post sounded snarky after I couldn’t reach una by phone , I wanted to say I’m very sorry for coming off like a little bitch!

        Frustration got the better of me and I’m sorry!
