So I run a site with UNA software on a Dedicated Server, and on this server I have other websites i run as well. So Yesterday All My Sites started to go down one by one and not all at same time, until they were all eventually down. Then they would all come back online for 10 minutes or so and go down again, that went on for 2 days!

What I realized though was when all my sites would come back online momentarily , the only site that never came back online was the UNA software site, and it took me almost 48 hours to realize that. So after a hard reboot i was able to bring una site up and they all went down again, so i decided to try it again and remembered that my una site always crashes when i leave on Auto Update, and i just has a module installed that needed updating so maybe the mod dev left it on or maybe i accidently hit Force Auto Update, but i quickly turned off Auto Update before all the sites crashed again.

And VOILA!!! All the sites including my una site stayed on line! Now i had issues with Auto Update crashing my una site before, so i never keep it on, so however it came to be on this time i dont know , BUT WHAT PUZZLES ME IS HOW CAN MY UNA SITE CRASHING OR NOT LOADING CONNECTION, CAUSE ALL MY OTHER SITES ON THE SAME DEDICATED SERVER TO GO DOWN AS WELL ?

HOPING SOMEONE CAN HELP ME OUT HERE. MY SITES ARE ALL STAYING UP NOW, ALTHOUGH MY UNA SITE HAD ITS SSL CERT DOWNGRADED DUE TO THE DOWNTIME AND NOT USING THE RESOURCES IT SAID SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT AND NOW MY MESSENGER HANGS AGAIN AND JUST SAYS "CONNECTING...." IM SURE ONCE SSL CERT IS REISSUED IT WILL FIX IT.

BUT I WANT TO KNOW HOW ONE WEBSITE CAN CAUSE ALL THE OTHERS TO GO DOWN?

ANYWAYS, I JUST NEVER KNEW ONE SITE COULD CRASH ALL SITES ON A DEDICATED SERVER WITH THEIR OWN CPANEL ACCOUNTS.

SHIT SORRY FOR THE CAPS, LMAO IM NOT YELLING IM JUST LAZY

I JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE - For anyone on the fence about using UNA software!

I self host UNA with paid $99 a month PRO PACKAGE OF MODULES.

UNA Dev “LeonidS” and maybe some other UNA Devs helped too but They were kind enough to login to my server and reinstall my MESSENGER PROPERLY! Works like a charm now!

Then They worked with me and went back and forth via emails with my Sys Admin to get my server fine tuned and they went ahead and upgraded my site to 13 RC2

AND IT LOOKS AWESOME MAN!! I Am Impressed with the UNA TEAM thus far! UNA Dev “LeonidS” Really Helped A lot and was PATIENT with me when he repeatedly couldn’t access our serve . Truthfully thought I wouldn’t get another email response from UNA team after that as I know that’s how CUSTOMER CARE goes these days SADLY!

IN SHORT…. UNA / LeonidS Didn’t have to do any of the things they did for me, as I’m a self hosted UNA website and Not One Of Their Hosted Paying Customer .

So They ROCK IN MY BOOK!

And that is coming from a guy who prides himself on customer service so much so that my desk placard engraving reads:

AND THATS UNA! ………So Far lol

So yesterday I had to do fresh install after trying to update and site crashed . Then had to bug you guys at una to link my pro apps package to my fresh install

and now after getting it back up it’s down for maintenance by itself and i only installed una apps !

I can’t get into studio either! Im completely locked out

im sorry but this is terribly frustrating

can someone please help me out

I had to do a fresh install of una 12 , and im unable to get any apps from market, not core apps, nor the Pro Apps package i purchased. I keep getting this message:THE REDIRECT URI PROVIDED IS MISSING OR DOES NOT MATCH

I Sent support@una my una.io account info and my sites studio login info as well.

Can someone please help me out.

I just hit upgrade and now my site shows error 500. I looked through cpanel and found the below issue. I was hoping someone could tell me how exactly this is fixed?

So i just purchased the Pro Apps Plan Monthly and Received my confirmation email and license number , however im still unable to download any of the PRO APPS.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE.

AND....i received two seperate emails with confirmation of purchase and each email listed a different license number.

I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE IF THIS IS ELEMENTARY STUFF IM ASKING ABOUT, BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.

I called Your Toll Free SUPPORT Phone Number Listed on My Pro Packages Receipt and The Number Is NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

Should I not be expecting a reply to the email i sent to UNA SUPPORT as well? Is that email also no longer valid like your toll free support number? If thats the case then can someone call me @ 1 (800) 971-3090

So I was curious how I would go about making modules look more like moo social , with smaller more compact cleaner look? Like for groups, and people and most modules.

is there a way to edit templates to do this? Like the images I attached from other site?

also no one answered my last post regarding ARTIFICER template and why it says free and it’s not letting me add it and will it be available IF I PURCHASE ALL THE PRO APPS????

My UNA Site Brought Down All My Sites On The Same Dedicated Server. Why?
