I was upgrading from version 12.1.0 to 13.0, it's now stuck and inoperable: https://www.smokeymcduffs.com/community/
It says "Site is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, please try again in a minute."

I don't know exactly how it is named (----maintance.php?) in the UNA directory, try renaming it...it helped me get acces into STUDIO
Hello @Pavel Sklenar !
It's better to check the error log to understand what is wrong now.
While I'm waiting for the requested details from dear @SmokeyMcduff one of the possible reasons could be in the old PHP version - UNA 13 requires PHP 7.4 or higher (UNA 12.x could work with the 5.6).
upgrade log:
--------- 2023-05-27T08:07:01+00:00

Files permissions are ok and can be overwritten

System SQL script was successfully executed
The following languages will be affected for system:
- No languages will be affected
System after update custom script was successfully executed
But module upgrades : Cannot get a list of modules which require to be updated.
UPDATE: like @Alex T⚜️ said in another thread - the most reliable way to upgrade is making it via the beta channel through all intermediate releases https://una.io/cmts-view/1y0t5ne?sys=bx_forum&cmt_id=44972
When I hit "upgrade" I was running version 7.3. I changed the php to 7.4 now, but it doesn't help me.
Go to Studio > Dashboard and update UNA from 12.1.0. to 13.0.0.A1
I have PHP 7.4 all the time
I also tried changing the secret key, no change and page seem to work normally
Any idea Why? THX
Cant access studio
LeonidS helped me with the upgrade. Thank you sir. All is well with this site now.
hello, can you tell us how you did it? I still don't see the update for the modules
I still have this..Cannot get a list of modules which require to be updated.
I first had to upgrade my php version to 7.4. Then make sure Force auto-update setting is checked in Studio. Go to Studio // Settings // Site Settings // Force auto-update, even if some files were modified. LeonidS got into our server via cpanel and did something. We were then able to upgrade.
I am having the same problem after updating from 12.? to each of the 13.0.0 variants until RC@ after which I cannot get to the site, with site saying
What should be done? Do you know what Leonid did in cPanel or terminal?
Hello @BIG Marketing Solutions LLC !
I don't remember the exact details but the common way starts from checking the error log to detect the list of errors that break the upgrade.
