Lately I have been caught up in exploring things in the realms of marketing. And so, I am thinking this article is something along those lines. And pitching a project as a free enterprise in the free market economy of the United States. However, I hope it gets people to thinking, and also, who knows what people can do when the stand together.

  I was looking at hosting services and ran across one in which, down deep into their site, I ran across the fact that they were aware of UNA. So, I read up on what they had to say about it. As one of their recommendations for a potential website idea.

  Well, I have been exploring a project since I found Dolphin and then UNA 9 using Xampp, and I went online back there with developing it with UNA 12 and having people to beta test the idea. And I did not have money to advertise so you know how that goes. One thought occurred to me was that UNA might find another place to add additional hosting through this company, since their Enterprise dedicated hosing accounts are cheap, $18 to be exact but that means a three-year account, otherwise it is higher paid monthly. And they do have a reseller plan.

   I also got to thinking about my notes and plans, and places I can advertise through, regionally and statewide, and then onwards later on. And my ways of promotion I have planned, and so my project.  I once had a vision of a niche special interest social media site, but the vaster market of everyone, seems like a better arena to market to. I redesigned UNA with an internal business network for every business who joins to network among themselves and the people, and a means to create a network for communities to find each other, in terms of towns, and cities and counties and states. And a magazine, which is sort of easy to do.

  Anyways, I decided to write something that I might send to this company and pitch a concept to. I will just call them VIP, and the following is the concept of the sales pitch.

Dear VIP

  Hello, my name is Dan Jackson, and I have been thinking about something and developing a concept, which I realize would be the next best thing. But it takes some time to grow which is the key factor. And although I am not certain of who could be interested by this, I am reaching out to pitch a project that you might consider.

  "The highest annual income from a single hosting account can reach up to $6,000 for dedicated hosting, while reseller hosting can yield around $1,800. The actual income will depend on the specific services provided and the pricing model adopted." Wikipedia

  Suppose that one hosting account could provide up to $100k annually to the hosting company that host it, instead of let's say $1800 annually. This of course requires a vision and working towards it. As a side project of the hosting provider, which does not have to be developed in house, but can be developed remotely by the individual that come up with the project. Which can include some of the original code developers. And I am talking about developers of a renowned brand and logo here.

  Furthermore, what I mean by one hosting account, is by way of one domain name as compared to one account hosting an unlimited number of websites. However, that account would have the ability to host other sites in their account for others who follow their model of business. And for hosting developers. However, that is not a part of the vision, only a potential should it come about.

  Now let's say that this project grows in the coming years to provide $500K to the hosting company by hosting one account? And also, let us say that some of the developers at some place such as UNA at unacms . com migrates there, to assist in maintaining the project off and on, and dealing with problems as they occur, and also, spend a little time here and there on the site to do some special development for your hosted project. Since you are aware of UNA, I am certain that you know that UNA has developers who will develop a special-order app for any site owner?

  Now consider the annual cost of advertising your business. And let's say, for a smaller cost, you invest in hosting a project as I suggest here. And of course, this project would require advertising, but we can see what we can do for that. But everyone involved would have to promote it, not just place all of the burden upon one. As for your cost, it only involves an Enterprise server.

  Project requirements: the hosting company must have more than one unused server, not that the project needs more than one, just that the company has one to spare and perhaps more to spare so that they are hurting for nothing. I mean, I would not want to take the only available server left for the company to use when needed. And of course, CPanel with all the required Apache modules, and the current PHP version preferably 8.4 to 8.5

  As for how soon the project can come up online is overnight, then there is the matter of growing it to its target of visitor traffic. Furthermore, it will have an ad server built into it, that advertisers and advertising agencies can join and log into, and then upload their ads. And the server will be capable of serving ads on other sites if anyone requires. Furthermore, it can run ad spots using code from advertising agency servers, to provide them a paid for spot of advertising in one or more ad zones. Hence, the ad server will be automated, it just has to be moderated and check the sites of everyone who joins.

   The future of the internet, I believe requires rethinking and another vision, one that will interest those how visit and see it, and in turn they will tell others about the place and invite them to join. And also, you have to include everyone into the scenario, since everyone is your market. And the interest today, consist of general and casual users, as well as online influencers, and streaming broadcasters. And various kinds and levels of business who want to engage in ecommerce, and who want to advertise in those places were masses of people congregate under one roof.
