So as Admin you can change your profile to a user to troubleshoot. How do you change it back?

You may switch back to your profile in the top-right corner avatar menu. By default, after the "Sign out" link it contains the item to switch to other your profiles (see the attached pic).
I don't have that option
Is it because we have ours set for one Profile per Account. If so, can I switch it to two temporarily?
If that's the case this option is a poison pill.
You have to visit your old account as the new profile and select, "Change your profile to this one."
No, it can't be the reason. Please specify - do you check it under admin / operator account or under moderator?
