From my side, it looks like the usual Info block. Could you please specify what template do you use and do you have any custom HTML files for the forms area?
I think, changing visibility settings in the reposted content caused the error in the Info block. After clearing all cache, the problem didn't appear anymore since. Marked as closed.

Hi @LeonidS , seems to be a Protean template specific issue. Here's another test with my Protean template. Same issue.
And here's the outcome when I switch the design to Artificer.
