Comment to page visibility restrictions

For example I am currently on my own profile page. On the left I want a navigation, showing me links to other pages. At the same time I want visitors of my profile page to be able to see that navigation.

Sorry, but I"m not sure how this part is connected with the initial message about "which shows content of a profile, only visible to the owner of that profile?" Do you want to link the vertical menu with the profiler content tabs? Like first link like "profile posts", "profile videos" etc?

You can control the visibility of the entire page, as well as any block or menu item on any page.
