I'm trying to create a new profile page on my website to list medical information. ( which I'm hoping to link the QR code generator app to )
I have so far, got the new page created so I can add blocks and have created the link in the profile page to point to the page. I have created the new forms display for the profile page. Yet to try creating the add info and edit forms ( pointers here would be good )
Where I am struggling is how to get the new form display to generate into a new page block, i'm sure it's probably really easy, but I've been away from web development and my brain is a bit rusty. :)
I hope I've detailed this so it's understandable. I've included a screen shot of the page i'm trying to create.

Digging a bit deeper it looks like this is what I need to change ( a:2:{s:6:"module";s:10:"bx_persons";s:6:"method";s:11:"entity_info";} ) I think I need to change the ( S:11:"entity_info"; ) to something else, but what?? I've seen there is an ( s:16:"entity_info_full" ) where are these pointing to? I've created the form view called medical, which is what i'm trying to display. I just can't seem to find where these are being referenced from. I've got a new page block displaying, but it's with the entity_info form.
Hi.
Does anyone know how I can get the number of people you're following to show up in the profile meta info, it's in the dashboard profile stats, but I can not find the code thats being generated so I can manipulate it to show in the block. Ive attached a pic so you can see what I'm trying to do. I am hopefully going to add this so it displays over the cover image on profile page too.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
