installed this on my UNA version 11 site and as soon as I download it it breaks my site, can you help

We are running https://una.io/page/view-product?id=261 Pretty Links from you, together with https://una.io/page/view-product?id=37 News from AQB Soft, we deleted some old news posts and not the Pretty Links no longer match the news posts. We have current news linking to old articles. Please can you look into this and correct it ASAP as all the Google searches are now going to the wrong place.

Hello, the messenger shoutbox functionality within groups/spaces and other content types doesn't work with this module enabled. Instead of having independent messenger chats for every group, all of them show the same chat from one group.
It also breaks the permalink at least in the email that people receive when someone comments on a "suggestion".
These problems disappear when you disable this module.

I bought this module along with Pretty Names. Pretty Names works without problems, but the Pretty Names modules broke my whole site running on UNA 12. Blogs and forums are broken, to start with. International Unicode characters are not supported. Please either fix it ASAP or refund this purchase. Thanks.

Faced such a problem. Our language in the system is Russian, a short truncated link in Russian is generated. How can we make it so that it was in English, this is an important point for us. When adding material, the link: https://www.XXX/classes/view-class/oX8/-project-information-additional, a short one is needed: https://www.XXX/classes/view-class/oX8/o-proekte-informacija-dopolnitelnaya (so that there is no Russian addition, but transliteration).

Links on timeline posts are pointing to the wrong pages, reported this on Jun 1, 2021 MSolutions was aware of the problem, there is still no fix. Error is in the current version 1.0.11
MSolutions please can we have an expected repair date?

When will Pretty Links support PHP8.0?

Thank you MSolutions for letting us know.
We moved away from Pretty Links when it did not work for php8. When we tested the new version we are seeing it put a heavy load on the servers when we have high traffic volumes.

https://una.io/page/view-discussion?id=8680 I am on a new install and tested on your DEMO site, and possibly other people will have the issue and not noticed it yet, but comment links are not working. Comment to '{object_title}' , Please look into this as I have so many comment notifications with comment links that do not work. When I go to disable the pretty links the already there comment links do not change only new ones work that did not use it. I tried to deactivate page/cmts-viewSystemsys,id,cmt_idcmts-view/:sys/:hashKey/:cmt_id from modules, but that does not help any as it will just keep generating the links. I would really hate to stop using it due to my already created links, so ignoring it for now as long as I can.

Will there be an options to delete old links when content is deleted in the future? I have so many links due to testing and I have to go in and disable them, but no way to delete them after. For now I can always just go in the database and delete them, but be nice to have an easier method.
