I registered but had a typo on my email address. I never got my verification email. But 'Spacebook' allowed me to access upon registering with an email that had a typo. It was only after I clicked, "send the verification letter again' that I noticed the typo of the email during registration. To prevent this, tweak registration so we have to enter our email twice, ditto with the password.
