In order to find the problem we need either an error report generated by your UNA instance and sent to your bugreport email. Or a direct FTP access to the server to debug the problem manually. Without any information about the problem and not being able to debug it manually we are unable to determine what is wrong with your server, what causes the module to fail, because this seems like something specific to your particular UNA instance.

  If you need help from anyone, they would need to see the Log or Report in this case. Either you can give remote access to ABQSoft or send them the report. Without that even God aka #AndrewBoon can't help.

  Yes, but it is in unacloud, so no ftp access (if I understand correctly), it's still not his fault if he does not receive error reports. so what solution to his problem, that god can know :-)
