Moment/Short Feature
Hi UNA team, are you planning to make "Moment" or short video that can be uploaded from mobile app? I believe this is a must have feature and also a core for social media nowadays.
Another question. Plyr vs Videos modules, what are the difference?
If I install Plyr will it install Videos module as well?

In the Videos app, you may upload videos of any length. The same way for the Timeline module. So I guess there's no need to add smth else.
About your second question - Plyr is the audio-video player only, you need to have the installed Videos app anyway.

thanks for your answer @LeonidS . What about "Moment" (a feature from Facebook that can upload a shor video in vertical way (mobile).
Some big social medias nowadays have this feature that allow to capture a short video from mobile. Are you planning to add it in the future?

@Sam my friend, this is available in UNA 14A3 (in case it was added) in timeline and in videos. It is the record icon (circle), it opens camera, has a "start recording" button. It records video and then saves it. If you are wanting a place to do this exclusively, clone the video app, and remove all functions to upload just have the record button.
Which actually isn't a bad idea. 😁

We have "Shorts" module planned for v15 - a dedicated module similar to TikTok/YouTube-style shorts.

for me UNA "Short" module is a must if you plan to deploy it to mobile to be able keep up with nowadays Social Media!
