Need help from UNA dev for 3rd party mod

I need help from UNA dev to fix problem with 3rd party mod. Mod Dev hasn't responded to issue and I'm stuck with a Mod I bought that cannot be installed because it gives a database error and makes my site unusable.

Is it @MSolutions? Because I am having the same issues and am still trying to get a refund on 3 different plugins each of which broke my site.

I have reached out via email. No response. I am on UNA Cloud so nothing I can really do. Maybe it would help to test out the apps on UNA Cloud to see what ones need to be worked on and possibly updated. It gets frustrating to buy an app only to find out it doesn't work. I have reached out to the developer and no response back to this day
